A new level of service

Sometimes things just aren’t quite working as they should. Sometimes they are just broken. Either way our service team will always endeavour to get you up and running again ASAP.

To submit a service request ticket, hit the blue button. Either log in to your Priority One account, or submit a guest ticket. One of our wizards will be in touch as soon as possible

What is the difference between Priority One and Guest Ticket?

We offer 2 types of service to all customers, be they old or new.

For those one off, “I need something fixed now” moments we have the Pay As You Go option, simply submit a Guest Ticket, and we will be in touch to arrange a service call for you.

Priority One Service Membership

For our larger clients or those who have multiple sites or complex systems, we offer the Priority One Service Membership with an optional upgrade to Priority Plus.  

This is helpful if you want the ability to book a callout without worrying about payment and authorisation each time, allowing more of your staff to be able to get things working again.
